Robert J Gerberg Jr. Sales Experiences and Success

Robert J. Gerberg Jr. has an interesting career that spanned more than 25 years of working with various companies; many of them belong to the top Fortune 500 companies. He started as account executive and slowly worked his way up.  Today, he is one of the leading authorities in recruitment, job hunting and employment field.

Robert J Gerberg Jr. started with Bausch & Lomb in the Personal Products sales division at Northern New Jersey. A hardworking man, he was later promoted and sent by the company to its Boston and New York offices and given new and higher responsibility. While working, he was able to merge all levels of management and created, coordinated and worked close with the programs initiated for new products, customer service and advertising. During his stint with the company, he was able to sell $ 1.5 million initially through 45 accounts. Then he was promoted as Account Executive and took over the New England market, generating at least $ 5 million through 30 accounts. He grew to become the leading area producer in the company.

When he changed employment later, Robert J. Gerberg Jr. joined Princeton/Masters International, as a part of the team engaged in the development of new product. He was later promoted to Product Manager. While at Princeton/ Masters, he got involved in the development of business plan and financial structuring, new product concept, concept positioning, designing of product, marketing plan development and packaging. He managed all the scheduling, production and test marketing via telemarketing, direct mail and one to one selling to consumer. Through his effort, the licensing firm made more than $ 8 million annually.

He is also an expert in the field that involved profit and loss responsibility, affiliate and online network marketing, licensing and distribution agreements, consulting service delivery and quality control, new product development, corporate and consumer sales, recruitment and human resources, search engine optimization, financial management, legal services and real estate.

With his extensive experience in sales and marketing, he has developed expertise in a wide variety of business areas critical to the success of both start-up ventures and ongoing concerns.

In addition to this, he was also involved in publishing ventures during his college and post graduate years.
