Chris Stokes-Great Music and Movie Director

Chris Stokes or Christopher B. Stokes started his career in the field of music when he was only 17 years of age. However, with the discovery of stars like Omarion, Brandy, B2K, Marques Houston and Immature his career touches a new height. Chris Stokes belongs to Los Angeles. Chris Stokes plays an active part in every step of his project along with his artist. He is not only a part of each creative process but also very successful song writer. He made great contribution to success of stars like B2K, Destiny’s child and Immature with their tracks. He has also provided song lyrics for Marques Houston and Omarion for their solo tracks.

His creative ventures continue with most known artists like R&B music and made great contribution in music. He presented his most successful directing and writing debut in year 2003 with movie “You Got Served.”It was highly appreciated in Hollywood and enjoyed great opening night along with continued success on its second weekend. “You got served “was able to generate revenue of 150 million dollars worldwide. These musical dance movies give new life to musical and dance industry of today.

Chris Stokes has directed above 150 music videos for various artists. He worked with different artists, including in his labels and also other artists like successful film of Jennifer Lopez “Feel the Noise.” He has also directed the initial videos of Omarion with other like Face Off, Bow Wow. Chris Stokes has also worked in the fashion industry in collaboration with Christopher Brian. He introduced a luxurious and exuberant line of clothes as creative director. His line of clothes was tagged as “Deemed- the brand of million-dollar man.” The show was huge accomplishment in 2007 in trade show at Las Vegas.

Chris Stokes also directed a horror movie name “Somebody helps me.”  This movie was started by Marques Houston and Omarion. He also wrote the script for this movie, and it was released in November 2007.

As far as music and dance concerned Stokes again directed and wrote a movie in 2008 name “Boogie Town.” This movie was enthusiastic combination of supernatural world and music and dance. However, in 20120 he again wrote and directed horror movie, which was a sequel of “Somebody Help Me” and name was somebody help me 2.” This movie was again a success with reputed cast.

From his professional career, it can be stated easily that Chris Stokes was dedicated, professional, innovative and creative music and movie director.
